STRAWBERRY HOT CAKES 
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 egg
Oleo
Strawberry jam
Strawberry syrup
Fresh strawberries
Cool Whip
Powdered sugar

Mix milk, flour and egg; fry on griddle making pan cake about 8 inches round, lightly brown on each side. Spread butter, then strawberry jam, roll like a jelly roll. Pour strawberry syrup over; add Cool Whip; top with fresh strawberries and sprinkle powdered sugar over all. Makes 4 large pancakes.
