SWEET & SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
5-6 pork chops

11 x 17 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, flour and water. Arrange 5-6 pork chops in a casserole without layering. Pour over sauce. Cover with wax paper. Cook 20-25 minutes on high. Serves 4-6.
