EGG AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
8 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine eggs, flour, and baking powder, stirring well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Yields: 10 to 12 servings.
