CHEESE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
7 slices white bread
8 oz. shredded cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 strips bacon

Break into 9 x 12 greased pan. Beat together. Pour over bread and cheese and top with bacon. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour uncovered. Serves 6.
