1 lb. chicken, 4 pieces
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
2 (8 oz.) potatoes, cut in half lengthwise
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Coat chicken with Italian dressing. Arrange on 10 inch round plate. Place one potato half between each piece, skin side down. Brush with butter. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 30 minutes.
