GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
3 med. potatoes, chopped
3 or 4 carrots, sliced
1 can green peas
1 tsp. salt
1 onion
1 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato soup

Grease casserole. Add in layers, chopped potatoes, carrots, sliced onion. Drain peas (saving liquid) put hamburger over top of all this (in chunks). Mix tomato soup, liquid from peas and salt. Pour down through casserole. Bake 2 hours covered at 350 degrees.
