CARROT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 small jars strained baby food carrots
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Cream together eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add alternately with baby food.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. For icing, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and butter.
