CHILES RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 (14 oz.) can whole green chilies, rinsed and seeded
1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Layer chilies and cheese, ending with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
