CASSEROLE CHILES RELLENOS 
1/2 c. butter
1 (7 oz.) can green chilies
1 lb. Cheddar or Jack cheese, shredded
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 c. biscuit mix

Melt butter in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Arrange chilies in a layer. Cover with cheese. Blend eggs, salt, milk and biscuit mix. Pour over cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with salsa and chips. Makes 6-8 servings.
