MEXICAN ROLL-UPS 
1 c. commercial sour cream
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
1/4 c. chopped green olives
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
12 flour tortillas
Chopped jalapeno peppers to taste (opt.)

Blend sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients (except for tortillas) and mix well. If tortillas are not flexible enough to roll easily, wrap in foil and warm in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.

Spread cheese mixture on tortillas, roll up and place seam side down in a glass dish. Chill for several hours until firm. Slice into 1/2" sections and serve.
