STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Stir together the 1 1/2 cups flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Combine egg, milk, and oil. Add to flour mixture; mix well. Stir in raisins, if desired. Turn into greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Combine nuts, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, butter and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Bake in 375 degree about 25 minutes. Makes 1 coffee cake.
