STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
Streusel Topping

Grease a round 9 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Mix all ingredients except Streusel Topping; beat 30 seconds. Spread half of batter in pan. Sprinkle with half of the Streusel Topping, then spread with remaining batter and top with remaining Streusel Topping. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm. 8 servings.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

Mix 1/3 cup Bisquick, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 2 tablespoons firm butter until crumbly.
