EASY SAUSAGE STRATA 
1 lb. ground pork sausage
6 slices bread, cubed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Place sausage in a large, deep skillet; cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.

Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 7 x 11-inch casserole dish. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour into casserole on top of other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

Remove casserole from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
