1 lg. can sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour

Mash potatoes. Add all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Pour into buttered dish and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Serves 10-12.
