SWEDISH SALAD 
1 (#2 1/2) can chunk pineapple, drained
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 lb. green grapes
1 c. blanched almonds, slivered
3/4 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1 c. celery, sliced

Combine pineapple, oranges, grapes, almonds, and marshmallows. Mix salt, water, eggs, and lemon juice. Cook in double boiler until thick. Add to fruit mixture. Let stand for 24 hours. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream and celery.
