CRANBERRY - ORANGE RELISH 
1 pkg. cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1 med. orange
3/4-1 c. sugar
2 apples

1. Slice washed, unpeeled orange in 8ths; remove seeds.

2. Place half the cranberries and 1/2 the orange slices in food processor container.

3. Process until food is evenly chopped.

4. Transfer to a bowl and repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges.

5. Stir in sugar to desired sweetness.

6. Chop the 2 apples, 1 in the first process then the 2nd apple in the last process.

7. Refrigerate or freeze. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
