CHICKEN CHUTNEY SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces
1 c. sliced celery
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 c. cashews

Mix all ingredients in salad dressing and add to chicken, celery, green onions, tidbits and cashews. Mix well and serve.

Serves 8.

Dressing:

juice from pineapple tidbits
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry
2 tsp. lime juice
1/4 (12 1/2 oz.) jar Major Grey chutney, cut up
