CHICKEN CACCIATORA 
1 cut up chicken
1 onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Cooked spaghetti

Combine chicken with onion, tomato sauce, herbs and spices. Cover and cook in crock pot 4-5 hours on low (or high depending on pot). Stir in drained mushrooms. Spoon over hot cooked spaghetti. 4-5 servings.
