CHICKEN CACCIATORA 
1 frying chicken, cut up
Flour, salt & pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
4 sm. onions
1 green pepper
1 pimento
1 clove of garlic, chopped fine
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 sm. can mushrooms

Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper until brown in 1/4 cup of olive oil. Then add chopped up onions, green peppers, pimento, garlic, tomatoes and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Then add mushrooms. Cook 1/2 hour longer.
