MACARONI SALAD 
3/4 c. Creamettes or macaroni, cooled (cooked according to directions)
1 can tuna (oil packed, drained & flaked is best)
2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
1 c. ripe olives, sliced
2 c. finely grated cabbage (Yes! Cabbage!)

Put all in large bowl. Make a dressing of: or salad dressing (mayo is best) 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard 1 tsp. salt

Mix, then gently fold into ingredients in bowl. Add pepper to taste. Chill and serve. Better the next day!
