LONDON BROIL MARINADE 
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. meat
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
Pinch of garlic salt
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Mix all ingredients except meat. Pierce meat with fork several times and put in 9x13x2 inch pan. Pour marinade over meat. Turn several times for the next 4 to 6 hours. After turning meat, pierce it several times. Grill meat for 5 minutes on each side. Cut across the grain of the meat.
