TROPICAL COCONUT PUDDING 
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 c. shredded flake coconut
Crushed pineapple, drained
Cherries

Cook pudding according to package directions. After cooking, remove from heat and add coconut. Stir while cooling (about 5 minutes). Spoon into individual small cups and cover. Chill in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or longer. Top with crushed pineapple when ready to serve and garnish with a cherry. Serves 4.
