COCONUT RICE PUDDING 
4 tbsp. uncooked rice
4 c. milk
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. coconut

Wash rice. Combine with milk, sugar, salt, raisins and butter in greased dish. Bake slow 325 degrees, for 2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes. Add coconut and mix well. Bake 1/2 hour longer. 6 servings.
