BARBEQUED SWORDFISH STEAK 
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
4 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. pepper

Mix ingredients together and soak the swordfish steak in it for 2 hours before cooking. Brush or baste fish with sauce during broiling. Serve with a salad and red wine.
