SWORDFISH STEAK 
2 swordfish steaks (about 2 1/2 lb. each)
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 c. dry white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
Lemon slices
Salt and pepper

Dust the steaks with flour and put them into a large skillet. Season with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and onion. Pour in the wine and lemon juice. Seal pan very tightly with aluminum foil tied around top. Cover with lid. Put skillet into preheated 425 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.
