RICE AND VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. celery
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. cooked chicken

Slice or chop vegetables. Saute vegetables in butter until crisp cooked. Add rice and fold in cubed chicken. Serve with baked chicken breasts.
