SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE 
1 large or 2 medium potatoes, sliced
1 1/2 cups celery, diced
2 cups kidney beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 can tomato soup
parsley, salt and pepper

Brown meat. Place layers of potatoes, onions, celery and beans in a large buttered casserole. Add meat and seasonings. Pour tomato soup over all. Cover and bake at 275°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Variation: Diced carrots are also good in this.
