STRAWBERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 lb. cream cheese, room temp.
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 beaten eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and let cool.

TOPPING: Mix strawberries and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cool. Add to cooled pie.
