SAUSAGE-PEPPER BAKE 
6 to 8 garlic or hot Italian sausages
3 green bell peppers
1 red bell pepper
2 or 3 lg. yellow onions
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour (optional)

Simmer sausage; let cool and cut in chunks. Cut or slice all vegetables. Mix all ingredients together; thicken sauce with flour, if desired; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
