CHILI SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
2-3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder

Cook sausage, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, and simmer 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary to prevent sticking. Yield: 4-6 servings.
