GREEN ENCHILADAS 
1 dozen corn tortillas
Oil for frying
1 can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 or 2 tsp. minced onions
Garlic
1 can chopped green chili
1/2 lb. cheese, grated

Combine soup, water, onion, garlic, tuna and chili. Simmer a few minutes. Fry tortillas in hot oil. Use 9"x13" cake pan. Layer tortillas, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers. Cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
