CALICO POTATO TOSS 
1 (8 oz.) Italian dressing
2 tsp. mustard
4 c. cooked, quartered new potatoes
1 c. broccoli flowers (raw)
1/2 c. thin carrots (raw, sliced)
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. red shredded cabbage
Grated cheese

Mix all together. NOTE: This recipe can be enlarged by adding more potatoes and more of each vegetable.
