ROSEMARY CHICKEN OR LAMB | |
4 chicken breast fillets Marinate chicken for 2-3 hours in refrigerator in following: 1 tsp. crushed garlic 2 tsp. crushed dried rosemary 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper Juice of 1/2 lemon Pour marinade into saucepan and saute chicken breasts 8-12 minutes until tender. Garnish with fresh parsley and lots of it! |
