CRISPY SWEET POTATO BAKE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip together potatoes, milk, butter and eggs with beater. Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Place in casserole dish that has been treated with Pam.

TOPPING:

1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together and place on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
