TWICE BAKED POTATOES | |
4 lg. baked potatoes 2 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese 2 slices crispy bacon, crumbled 2 tbsp. green onion slices Bake potatoes, slice in half lengthwise. Scoop out centers, leaving 1/8 inch potato in skin. Mash potatoes with milk, butter and seasonings. Stir in 1 cup of cheese, the onion and the bacon. Place potato back into skins. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes. |
