CRANBERRY GELATIN RING 
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. cherry Jello
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cook cranberries with 1 1/4 cups water. When they pop add sugar; cook 5 minutes. Pour boiling mixture over Jello. Stir; chill. When partially cold add celery and nuts. Place in mold; chill.
