CRANBERRY CASSEROLE SALAD | |
3 c. chopped unpeeled apples 2 c. fresh whole cranberries 1 1/4 c. sugar Mix all together and pour into 2-quart casserole and top with: TOPPING: 1 1/2 c. uncooked oats 1/3 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. melted butter Mix well and sprinkle on top of fruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with foil if it becomes too brown during baking. |
