ROAST CHICKEN WITH ROSEMARY (IN
COOKING BAG)
 
1 tbsp. flour
1 med. onion, sliced
3-4 lb. chicken
1 tbsp. oil
Rosemary leaves
Poultry seasoning
Seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour in regular size Reynolds Oven Cooking Bag. Place in 13"x9"x2" pan. Place one half onion in the bag. Prepare chicken for baking and stuff with remaining onion and seasonings. Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with additional seasonings. Place chicken in bag on top of onion. Close bag with tie and cut 6 slits in top. Cook for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serves 3 to 4.
