POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 pkg. white cake mix 1 box poppy seed (according to your taste, about 3-4 tbsp.) 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix Blend all ingredients into a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Lightly grease bundt pan and line with paper towel. (Tear a hole in center of paper towel or napkin and press into pan before putting batter in.) Cook on 75% power (usually roast or bake) for 12-14 minutes, turning a couple of times. Dust with powdered sugar when cool. |
