VURINIKE 
2-3 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. salt

FILLINGS:

Blueberries
S trawberries
Ricotta cheese
Mushrooms
Potatoes

Mix ingredients together. Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut dough into circle shapes. Fill with filling. Fold in half and pinch close. Put in pot of boiling water to cook. When they float to the top, they are done.
