LO - CAL BANANA MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. dry milk
4 slices raisin bread, crumbled
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 very ripe bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Add remaining ingredients, stir until well combined. Do not use mixer! Spray 12 muffin tin with Pam or other coating. Divide into 12 servings. Bake 15-20 minutes. Yield 12 muffins.
