BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. sour milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups banana
4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and banana. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Pour into greased pans.

Bake one hour at 350°F. Also makes great muffins. Place in muffin cups and bake 350°F for 20 minutes.
