CHEESY FRENCH BREAD 
8-12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. salad oil
Garlic salt or powder
Salad seasoning

Cut loaf of bread into 2 pieces lengthwise. Mix first 4 ingredients together and spread over tops of bread. Sprinkle with salad seasoning. Wrap in foil, leaving top open with cheese area exposed. Bake 15 minutes at 375-400 degrees. Shut off oven and let bread set 10 minutes.
