PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. Rotini
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
Other vegetables can be substituted
Dressing

Cook noodles 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overcook. Rinse and cool in a colander. Add dressing and let stand for several hours or overnight to marinate. Add chopped vegetable just before serving.

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. Accent salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. dry onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
