OVERNIGHT BREAKFAST 
6 to 7 slices white bread, cubed
1 lb. ham, cubed or shaved
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Add bread cubes, ham and cheese. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle melted butter over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
