"ROUMAKKI" HOT APPETIZER 
3/4 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 to 3 cans of whole water chestnuts
Bacon

Wrap bacon around water chestnuts and fry until golden brown. Secure bacon on chestnut with a toothpick. Make sauce and put in oven, cook 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Then add browned chestnuts and continue cooking 35 minutes longer. Serve warm. From Charleston, South Carolina.
