HERBED GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. fresh green beans
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced celery
1/2 clove minced garlic
1/2 c. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. basil
3/4 tsp. salt

Trim ends of beans, place in boiling water to cover, 15-20 minutes or until tender. While beans are cooking: In a skillet, melt butter, and saute the onion, garlic and celery. Cook 5 minutes on low; add spices and salt. Cover and simmer 5 minutes more. Drain the beans, toss with herbed flavored butter and serve.
