PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 can tomato soup or sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Form first six ingredients into balls the size of walnuts. Place meatballs in 9"x14" baking dish. Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce sauce and water and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 6 to 8.
