OLD FASHIONED CARROTS WITH
ONIONS
 
1 bunch carrots
1 lg. white onion, sliced

Clean and slice carrots either in sticks or slices; alternate layers of carrots and sliced white onions in a casserole dish. Season with pepper and salt to taste, a dot of butter and just a "sprinkle" of water. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Guaranteed to make your kitchen spell WONDERFUL and the taste is "yummy".
