1 lb. round steak
3 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs, seasoned
1 tsp. basil
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
Garlic cloves
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Mix bread crumbs, Romano cheese, basil in plastic bag. Season meat with salt and pepper. Dip meat into egg, bread it with mixture.

In skillet heat garlic and olive oil when hot place meat, cook until tender. Place in tray - top with favorite sauce and fresh Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until done. It's delicious!!
